The airport shuttle was easy to access from both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
The receptionist during check-in was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The hotel preauthorized a significant amount that remains blocked weeks later , so I now must contact the bank. The room looked spacious but seemed dark and very basic.

i appreciated the free airport shuttle service it ran frequently i did not have to wait long. the room had a comfortable bed i slept well. the staff at the front desk were helpful with directions.
the room was somewhat dated it could benefit from an update. the walls seemed thin i heard noise from adjacent rooms. the breakfast was not included in my room rate i would have preferred it was.
